Default More on 2.5 StdDevs

John, Tom, gimme, Gys, still there? The problem is to
programmatically provide upper and lower limits for the "reasonable"
data and provide the quartile thresholds for the remaining
distribution. No user interaction can be required. It's all
programmatic. Built-in Excel functions should be used where possible
to speed calculations. But accuracy and meaningful numbers trump
that. Would be great if any of you would give this a try and post
your code! James
