![]() maybe they're corrupt you can try this for office 2003: go to C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\Library\ delete the analysis folder, then reinstall the add-ins. -- Gary "Joel" wrote in message ... Yesterday my computer starting running slow. Openning Excel spreadsheets (even small ones) take over 30 seconds to open. The problem seems to be across all Microsoft products. Excel, Word, Power Point, Visio. Adobe seems to be ok. A 4 meg adobe file opens in a few seconds. A 36k word file take 30 seconds to open. Did some experimenting this morning. Found just openning Excel the spreadsheet would instantly come up but couldn't acitvate a cell for 30 seconds. Found if I went to add-ins and disabble the two selected Analysis Tool Pack add-ins the problem stops. Re-enabling the Tool Pack the problem comes back. I'm posting the problem here because tthe analysis Tool Pack symptom is a good clue. |
