Default Paste data to a Word bookmark

I have a workbook of 5 sheets which populate an open template Word document
with data at 5 specific bookmarks. The macro needs to return to Excel after
each sheet has been processed.
I can't get the macro to paste at the desired bookmark or carry out
formatting on the Word document. I've tried using SendKeys without success
(looks as if this anticipated from other threads here) and I've tried pasting
a Word macro into the Excel macro (also suggseted here).
Any help gratefully received by a new boy.

Repeat after me:

I MUST SHOW CODE!
I MUST SHOW CODE!
I MUST SHOW CODE!

This may not solve you problem, but take a look at this.

Once you have the range set, you can also set the formatting.
