how to get reference of a cell instead of value in the cell
Hi all, i am making a programme in which we can search for extn no of any
employee in our company. i am using vlookup function to search for the extention number. suppose i enter the name "amit" it gives me the first search even if there are more than one employees with the same name. i want something like if i enter "amit" it should give all results who are with the same name.
