Default Stripping Selective Data from .CSV file to Excel w/VBA

I am a relatively soft user of VBA. I have mounds of production data
in a .csv files with the DATE in col A and the RATE in col C. I only
need every 30 points of data (i.e. every 30th row of A and C - 1, 30,
60, 90, etc until the data ends) and paste the data into excel
consecutively. I haven't figured out a clever macro to open the .csv
file, choose the correct data, and paste into new workbook--hopefully
somebody can help! I really appreciate it.

Thanks,

Joe
