Default [Office 2007] Ribbon scaling

Hi Guys,

I am wondering if any of you know how to enable auto-scaling of the ribbon
toolbar in Excel 2007. If you open up Excel 2007 and resize the window to
smaller than the ribbon width it will start scaling to the window size.
However in our custom application it doesn't do that it just adds an arrow to
scroll over to view the rest of the toolbar and I do not want that. Any help
would be appreciated.

Thanks.
