Default Excel 2000 macro to warn before sorting

I have a big Excel table and many users.
If a user select a column and start sorting I want a message to warn the
user he shouldn't select a column and stop de sorting (like in Excel 97 and
2003)
Who knows how to make the warning?

Thanks Anne
