I have a form called MainMenu.
I wish to copy the display only of the MainMenu to a"How to" workbook

do a print screen and crop it in paint.

With the image on the screen, Alt + PrtScrn, that puts the image on the clip
board. Then in Word, Picture Editor or Paint Brush, depending on what you
want to do, you can paste and edit. In Word, you can only resized the image.
In PaintBrush it converts to a bit map so you can really mess it up and I am
not sure what you can do with it in Picture Editor.
