Anyone know of an easy way to modify this to be all on one line? I'm
looking for an easy want to get this to import to Access. This represents 2 rows of 8 columns. The spreadsheet has about 12,000 records on it. Patient Chart # Address1 Address2 City ST ZipCode Home Phone Office Phone Provider Birthdate Id Gender |
