Default Pasting within a text entry

I'd like to create a macro that inserts an em-dash into a text entry while
the text is being entered.

I'd appreciate any help. Thanks!

If you mean when a user is entering text in a worksheet cell, then it will
not work, as macros do not run in Edit Mode.
