F9 vs. Calculate Sheet

Folks:

I know that I can configure my spreadsheet to manually "re-calculate" by
doing:

TOOLS Options Calculation Tab .

* What is the difference between "Calculate Now(F9) " and "Calculate
Sheet" ?
