Default FindControls ID

Hi there,

I got a code which enables you to activate/deactivate certain menus/options
according to your needs. The code is like this:

Dim Ctrl As Office.CommandBarControl
For Each Ctrl In Application.CommandBars.FindControls(ID:=840)
Ctrl.Enabled = True
Next Ctrl

Do u know where can I get a comprehensive list of IDs and their meaning?

Thanking in advance,

Bogdan
