Default .PDF to .XLS

This isn't a programming question but i figured ya'll would know everything,
does anyone know of a way to have a adobe doc (.pdf) and import to and excel
in the same format? I have tried text to columns but everything is too close
once it's in Excel, I tried to rename the .pdf to a .txt then opening it in
excel no difference...any ideas??!!

Christian,
If you get Acrobat 6 or higher (not the free Reader), there is an option to
select tables and save to a spreadsheet.
