Default Xl 2003 Sp2 error message

Anybody have any clue how to resolve the "the picture is too large and
will be truncated" error message? Followed immediatly with my
favorite "Need more resources" message? Usually occurs when copying/
cutting a large spread sheet to another one, but can also occur if
only one row, cell of data is copied or cut. Either manually or using
VBA.

Searched the 'net, microsoft, etc, there is a KB about xl2000 but it
is about copying pictures.

Anybody?

Thanks!

Craig
