Default Find single unique entries from 2 columns

Hi
I have 2 colums of excel data with computer network names in both.
Most entries appear in both columns but I would like do some sort of
comparison which finds and stores unique entries in both columns, in a
separate column.

Can anyone help me do this please. See sample below, the original has
about 3000 rows

Thanks in advance

Rhett
