![]() Why don't you just use excells own password protection, Save your workbook using "Save As" any name but before you do click on the dropdown with the titled Tools in the save as dialog box, choose "general options" click the read only recommend and add a password to modify! Now when they try to open the workbook they will need a password to change anything or they can view it "Read Only" Regards, Simon -- Simon Lloyd |
