Default How do I view connection string

Using Excel 2003, I'm a bit confused as to the right way to go about
viewing (and editing) the connection string when accessing external
data.

I've accessed a single field from an external Excel 2003 workbook, and
have it in another workbook. I want to edit/change the IMEX extended
property, but I haven't stumbled upon the way to view the connection
manually (as opposed to programmatic query).

Any help would be appreciated.

.... other than opening .dqy or .odc file and editing them directly,
that is.
