Hi All,

I am adding a text box (drawing) in the spread sheet. now i have to
enter text in the below format:

XXXXXXXXXXXXX:

(1) XXXXXXXXXXXX

(2) XXXXXXXXXXX

(3) XXXXXXXXXXX

Note: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

i tried using the ActiveSheet.Shapes("Text Box
1").TextFrame.Characters.Text but it does not insert the text in the
text box.

Please help.
