Default remvoe the prompt?

hi, I got an excel tempalte and when the mouse move over one column, it
prompt "date need to be in xx-xx-xx format", what is that and how to get rid
of it? Thansk...

Default remvoe the prompt?

Sounds like the author included data validation to make sure the date was
properly inputted.
