Default xlusrgal.xls in excel 2007

Can anyone tell me how Excel 2007 handles the user-defined chart format? In
previous versions, user can create their own chart formats and copy/register
these foramts in Excel through xlusrgal.xls file. I am having problem in
converting my old macro to Excel 2007 because this file is no longer
supported by new Excel. Thanks.

Eric
