Hi all,

i was applied a simple formula to the first row and when i drag the
same formula down it doest work or the same answer repeats all the
time.

there s no Problem with the formula, the problem is applying the
formula to other rows. when i drag and try to apply the same formula
to other cells it shows the same results.
or in other words, let say that in colum "A" we have names and colum
"B" we have their cash in hands in "C" we have thier amounts in the
bank and in colum "D" I want to calculate how much is the total amount
they have in this regard i applied the formula into colum "D" =B1+C1,
becouse there are alot of name and i cant inter formula to each and
want to drag it into the rest to show the answer but it doesnt fill
the exact formula into it.

maybe the there s something in the cell property or what ever,,,,

does anyone know the solution???

And check ToolsOptionsCalculation Tab; Calculation should be set to Automatic

Hi,

Do you find "$" signs in the original formula? If so then remove the "$"
signs and then drag the formula down. Should work...
