Move from one excel tab to another automaticly, after entering data in your
last cell.

You would need a macro to do that or

CTRL + Page down

Default Excel tabs

how do you know the user has finished entering data?

http://www.cpearson.com/excel/events.htm

Look at selectionchange or change events at the workbook level if you want
to "sense" that the user has finished.
