Default PDF files

Is it possible to save a pdf file as an excel spredsheet?
If not, what would be the next choice, if there is one, to copy the
contents to a spreadsheet from a pdf file.
Contents of the pdf file is a spreadsheet.

I think you will need Adobe Acrobat (not the reader) v.5.0 or later. You can
Google for Pdf to Excel on the web and get more info.
