Problems deplying a fix to a C# Excel add-in
As a wild guess - binary compatability between the 2 versions ?

I've made a fix and need to deploy the new version of the file (...and the version number of the file has changed from 1.1.1.1 to 1.1.2.2). When I replace the dll on a system the automation add-in seems to load successfully (the functions of the automation dll do appear) but the menu created by the COM add-in does not appear. What extra steps do I need to take to deploy my fix? |
