Default Autoopen of an Excel File at the set time

I will need to create a weekly report on every friday. I use Excel for
creating the report. The data for that report is retreived from other files
saved in my hard disk.

Sometimes I forget to send the report on time. Is there any method, so that
the report file automatically open-up for me at the set time on every friday.

2 ways,

First you can go to control panel and add a scheduled task. If you use the
add-task wizard you can navigate to Excel or even your actual workbook and it
will start when you set it to.

Second, you could you calendat in Outlook or Outlook Express to set a
recurring reminder for the task.

Hi,

Is there any way to write a macro inside the editor to auto-open a worksheet
from a file designation and autosave the filename as the date it is
auto-open? This worksheet is refreshed every friday with new data and i will
need to save a copy as archive?
