Hi Bill
It's difficult to see the data in this form. If you want to mail me a copy of the sheet direct, I will take a look. Please remove NOSPAM from my email address to send. -- Regards Roger Govier <Bill G wrote in message ... All, I didn't realize that we shouldn't attach files to this site. Anyway, here is an extraction from the spreadsheet: Assigned Team Client Project Project owner Revenue or Billing Rule name Rule description % Used Jan Feb Mar Apr May Jun Jul Aug Sep Oct Nov Dec Total Team A Test 1010 Test Invoice 1010 Test, Person 8 Revenue Rule 1010 Rule Description 1010 0 1 34 5676 787 88 4 6 78 34 56 23 56 2000 Test 1012 Test Invoice 1012 Test, Person 8 Revenue Rule 1012 Rule Description 1012 0 1 34 5676 787 88 4 6 78 34 56 23 56 1000 Test 1016 Test Invoice 1016 Test, Person 8 Revenue Rule 1016 Rule Description 1016 0 1 34 5676 787 88 4 6 78 34 56 23 56 2000 Test 1017 Test Invoice 1017 Test, Person 8 Revenue Rule 1017 Rule Description 1017 0 1 34 5676 787 88 4 6 78 34 56 23 56 2000 Test 1091 Test Invoice 1091 Test, Person 4 Revenue Rule 1091 Rule Description 1091 0 1 34 5676 787 88 4 6 78 34 56 23 56 500 Test 1105 Test Invoice 1105 Test, Person 4 Revenue Rule 1105 Rule Description 1105 0 1 34 5676 787 88 4 6 78 34 56 23 56 4000 The problem I am facing is that any entry that I make in a cell on the pivot table for Jan through Dec assumes the same value for the entire column. Is there a way to enter data in each cell (on the pivot table) from Jan through Dec and keep that data discrete to that cell so that I might use it for data entry? Thanks. When an attempt is made to enter any data, the entire column assumes the same value as the input value in a single cell. Is there any way to allow separate data entry in each cell? Thank you for your assistance. |
