Default duplicating a page while adding a progressive date

I need to make a log book that has 365 pages that are essentially the same
except that the date for each day needs to be printed on the page. I thought
that it could be done with a macro, but must confess that I'm not familiar
with making them.

Are you creating copies of a page or are they just blank? Is it the name of
the sheet you want changed, or do you just want the date on the sheet as in
cell A1?
