Default I'm dying over here...excel

Not knowing anymore than what you said, one idea would be as follows.
Across the top list all the production stations starting in Column C.
In Column A list all the employees. In Column B put the employee number.
In each production station column, enter the expiration date for their
training.
The presence of a date for a production station says that employee is
trained in that station. The absence of a date means he is not.
This gives you something to chew on, tear up, or whatever. HTH Otto

I am STILL trying desparately to find a spreadsheet, template, idea...new
job
and so on, not in that order.
I have a spreadsheet that is SUPPOSED to do the following:

List employee name and number. Then what production station they are
trained on. THEN the date they were trained and the exirey date (90
days).
Some of the employees are trained on more than one station, so I am having
difficulty trying to figure out the matrix structure. Any suggestions
would
be welcomed (understatement). It has been one month now and it is no
longer
cute.

THANK YOU ANYONE IN ADVANCE!!

If you can provide the layout I can input the formulas....
