Help in syntax

Hi: Can any one please correct the syntax as i am trying to copy cell
A2 of sheet SALE0105 from file Sales_1106 ROLLING Y-T-D-New into file
Formulas of sheet SALE0105 into cell A2

=[Formulas.xls]SALE0105!A2(Formulas.xls,SALE0105,A2 with Sales_1106
ROLLING Y-T-D-New, SALE0105,A2)
