I am new to Visual basic and cannot seem to get past "password required" when
i click on autosave although I have never used it before so have not entered

Autosave is an addin provided by Microsoft. It is password protected -- it
is not provided so you can examine the code. Thus the prompt to provide the
password to look at the code when you click on it.
