Default The 'Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0' provider is not registered on the l

I tried to read excel 2007 using asp.net, it works fine but on the server.
There has installed office 2007 system on my local machine, but not on the
web server, what should i do? if I install the office 2007 on the web server?
I think this is not a good idea. Please help! Thanks

P.S.

Web server : Windows server 2003 SP1, .net 2.0 framework
my Sample code:

Provider=Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0;Data Source=XXX;Extended Properties=Excel
12.0;
