Hi,
I have made a pivot table (outline view) that works fine and given it autoformat no 3 from autoformat options. these are the fields: ledger_ac head_1 head_0 debit credit so it would come like this: debit credit head_0 subtotal subtotal head_1 subtotal subtotal ledger_ac value value head_0 subtotal subtotal head_1 subtotal subtotal ledger_ac value value now the question is that if head_1 is (blank) i can suppress the blank by giving it a space, but i also wish to disable the subtotal for that head_1, because if I hide head_1, then even the ledger_Ac disappears......... so basically what i need is that no subtotals a (blank) field.....or do NOT DISPLAY the blank field all together but fields within that blank fields should still be displayed........ Is this possible in the pivot table ? Regards, Shripal Dalal. |
