Default print parameters based on if-then

I want to create a macro to print some or all the records in a list
based on an entry in one of the columns. Column A of each record has a
formula looking at a date in the record. Based on the formula, the cell
will show "Send Now" when the date is within a certain range of
today's date. I want to print only those records that show this
message.

I know how to have the macro sort so that all records so that those
records I want printed are at the top of the list. But, I don't know
how have the macro include just those records that show "Send Now" in
column A.
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
J.O.
