Default Best way to secure spreadsheet

I would like to give some clients an excell 2003 spreadsheet wich has
formulas and code in it.
What is the best way to secure it so only they can type in some cells ect
without being able to read the formulas.
I know nothing is secure these day given time and money, but what is the
best we can do or what options do i have.

Regards
Don Grover
