Default excel scheduling days

I am creating a data base for a school project for my rabbit breeding
program. I am trying to create a formula that will tell me what days
of the week I have to breed certain rabbits. I have already created a
formula to telll me what date they are due in and what date they need
to be bred back. But I cant figure out how to formualte the date to go
into seperate cells according to the day of the week. But having it
change every week. I am also looking to be able to predict how many
liters are due in according to amount of rabbits already bred for that
particular month. I have worked for hours trying to come up with
formulas. Am I beating my head against the wall in vain or is there a
formula out there.
Thanks

I have created a calendar which shows the days of the month in their proper
places and highlights the current date. On the first day of the new month,
the calendar changes to show the days of that month. I will be glad to email
you the workbook if you think my formulas would help you in your project.
