Making Queries

I have an exsisting large Excel spreadsheet that I need to import into
another predefined spreadsheet. What is the easiest way to create the
queries neccessary to move the data over. There are several pieces of
information in the current spreadsheet that will need to be copied to
the new one two or more times. Please help!
