Combining data from multiple rows
Can anyone help with a this problem? I have a large spread sheet with data
in the A column (Part Number). There are many records with duplicate part numbers which have been sorted by this field so duplicates appear contigously. The columns to the right contain volume by period. Each row has volume for single period so for the 6 periods under study there will only be data in one of the six columns. I need to combine all the volumns into one line. Sometimes there are no shipments for other periods so the number of contigous records vary. The data looks like this: AB 1 AB 4 AB 3 CD 6 SD 2 SD 4 Need this AB 1 3 4 CD 6 SD 2 4 Any help is appreciated. Thanks |
