You say "not the same widths". Then you ask how to set all columns to the
same width. To do all columns to the same width, click on the small rectangle immediately above the 1 of the row numbers. This selects the whole sheet. Now do Format - Column - Width and set the width you want. HTH Otto "Corey" wrote in message ... I need to have an entire worksheet formatted to specific column widths(But not the same).
