Using VBA I can assign a shortcut to a macro as follows:
Sub set_shortcut() Application.MacroOptions Macro:="zt", HasShortcutKey:=True, ShortcutKey:="e" End Sub Help in VBA was valuable in setting the Options, but had no advice on reading them back !
