Default Macro Shortcut Key Conflicts with Application Shortcut Keys

If you create a Macro with a shortcut key that matches a built-in shortcut
key, such as Ctrl+F (Excel: Find), the user is not prompted to replace the
built-in key with a different key.

Therefore, Excel should 1) check for key conflicts, and 2) prompt user for
replacement key for assigned function.
