Default drop down list macro help

I've got a simple drop down list with two items.
This is for the whole column, not just on a single cell.

I'd like to set up a macro that when you select one option of the list, it
puts data on other columns on the same row.

Say drop down list has values 0,1. Say that the drop list is on column A.

If I select 1 on cell A100, then cell b100 will change to yes and cell c100
will change to Positive.

Any ideas on how to do this.

TIA
