Default TOP - Justify and Autofilter the Data in Excel

I am new to writing Macros and need help with TOP-justifying my data.

Heres is some background:

I use a reporting tool to display my data in an Excel sheet. The tool
allows me to do limited amount of styling but it doesn't let me pre-set
the TOP - Justify and Autofilter features. I read somewhere that Macros
is the best solution. I would like to be able to pre-define an excel
sheet with the above stated features and provide it as a destination to
my report.

Thanks
