Default Insert same message when e-mailing

I created a macro button that opens my outlook window with my file selected
and the subect line filled. What I need to know how to do is in the body of
the e-mail to include a standard message " Here is the file you requested
have a good day

Can you post what code you have? There can be a few ways to do this
depending on what you've already written.
