Default I am trying to find a way to create odds for a office pool

I use a three letter code for the team, put in the colums the person in the
office. I put in the rows the teams playing with the lines. How would I find
out the odds of winning based on everyone having a 50/50 chance per game, or
the odds based on the odds makers online?
