Default My first Macro try

I am writing a macro that places data from one sheet into a new sheet. Where
or how do I get the instruction move a row or range of data more efficiently
than sheets ("sheet2").range("q15")=sheets("sheet1").range("a1 ")
Thanks for the prod in the right direction

Default My first Macro try

If I understand you correctly, this is one efficient way:

With Sheets("Sheet 1").Range("A1:E2")
Sheets("Sheet 2").Range("Q15").Resize( _
.Rows.Count, .Columns.Count).Value = .Value
End With

alternatively:

Sheets("Sheet 1").Range("A1:E2").Copy _
Destination:=Sheets("Sheet 2").Range("Q15")
