Default archiving spreadsheet rows from one worksheet to another

I have a spreadsheet with 2 worksheets - ongoing projects and archived
projects. In the ongoing projects worksheet, each project has a row,
summarising the project. what I would like to do is on the click of a
button, all rows with the staus cell marked as completed are moved to
the next blank rows in the archived projects worksheet.

In addition, in the ongoing projects worksheet underneath the
summarised projects is a list of newly raised projects. Again on the
click of a button I would like to move these into the ongoing projects
above. Unfortunately the cells are not in the same order and it will
need to put the cells in various locations.

Any help would be appreciated.
