Default VBA Menu Nooblet

Hello all. I have been searching high and low and have not found what I
am desperatly looking for. I can find a ton of info on how to add menus
but I will be honest and say I am completely lost. Is there a site that
dumbs it down so i can work with it?

Thank you,
Louis Adam Markham

I prefer books to websites. If you can find this, I think you will like it...
