Scenario:
1. First line is a header
2. Remaining lines are data
3. Need to make sure the number of data records is even by adding a
value to the last row +1, column D of "Trash" if the number of records
is odd
4. Swap every two rows of data including the row with "Trash" (i.e.
swap rows 2 and 3, swap rows 4 and 5, 6 and 7, etc.)

Ideally, the macro would keep the original file as is and create a
second file with the operations performed.
