Default Open workbook form from Add-in

I have an add-in that I use with several workbooks. Each workbook has
its own custom form that is stored in the workbook.

Is it possible to open the workbook form from code ONLY stored in the
add-in? Currently, I have code inside the workbook that the add-in
calls to open the form, but I'm wondering if I can open the form
directly from the add-in. I'd like to remove all code from the workbook
if possible.
