I have a workbook for each month. Each worksheet gives information for each
day in the month. I have a list of parts and have a calculation on each sheet which is totalled on a final sheet in the workbook. When the machine parts get to a certain amount a message pops up beside that part saying the part needs to be serviced. The problem I have is that after that message pops up I need to be able to clear the total and start again from the next day on the sheet. |

At the moment my spreadsheet just uses formulas. Would you be able to help
me create a reset button so that when the button is pressed it clears the current total and takes the total from that date onward. Yes, but I am having difficulty envisaging what is happening.
Can you post example data and the relevant formulae to help? -- HTH Bob Phillips (replace somewhere in email address with gmail if mailing direct) "enyaw" wrote in message ...
